Sugar Free Wedding Cakes




Many themed wedding cakes address to nonconformists brides and grooms who want to impress their guests even with the smallest details. As I said, if you meet on vacation, at sea, then you can choose a design that will remind you of that context. From the beach, sea shells … everything is possible with little skill from the master confectioners. But unfortunately sometimes it may be possible that the bride or the groom to have hyperglycemia..what you can do in this case to still have a wedding cake in your special day? The answer for this is a sugar free wedding cake!




Diabetes is a disorder characterized by an excess of sugar that can be detected by biological tests, blood (blood sugar) or urine (glycosuria). A person doesn’t becomes diabetic just for eating sugary foods, diabetes is a disease rather with an hereditary predisposition.

A diet wedding cake recipe that will delight all your guests, so through its appearance, and the strong taste of dark chocolate. I found this recipe and I think it’s good for persons who are on a diet but also for those who have diabetes…

Here’s the recipe for a sugar free wedding cake if you want to do it by yourself:
Ingredients:

5 eggs, or how many you want
5 tablespoons of flour or how many eggs you use so many tablespoons of flour use
5 tablets of saccharin or a tablet at each egg
5 tablespoons of water
a sachet of baking powder
Cream: vanilla cream powder and cream powder diet for sugar-free foam that I purchased from pharmacy or from a department store or super supermarkets for diabetics.
Syrup: 2 oranges squeezed to which I added two little tablets of saccharin and water.
Preparation: The wedding cake dough is prepared as any cake: beat the egg whites, whip the yolks with saccharin and then add flour and the baking powder quenched with water and lemon juice then mix all.
Coat a baking tin with oil and flour or baking paper. Bake at high heat for 10 minutes and then simmer until it’s done. After it cools cut it and fill with cream and syrup. Mix the cream with 150ml cold milk. Garnish to taste!

Here are some foods banned in diabetes mellitus:
• sugar and all sugar products;
• any cakes, cooked with sugar; are allowed only sugar free cakes;
• candy, chocolate,syrup;
• biscuits baked with sugar, ice cream;
• sucrose-rich fruits: grapes, pears, dates, raisins, figs, chestnuts;
• all alcoholic beverages, wine.

I also know that some guests may want to keep their figure and sure you do not want to hurt them but I feel like the dessert that I will present it in what follows is not so dangerous for your waistline – that if they do not eat it all at once?! You can replace with this a sugar free wedding cake if you want.

It is very easy to prepare a dessert that requires no baking and not too much time in the kitchen. To go to work you need: 450g yoghurt, cream 500g, 2 envelopes of gelatin, 150g biscuits of champagne, three oranges, two bananas, two kiwis, a box of canned pineapple.
Slice the bananas, two oranges and slices of canned pineapple in cubes. Use canned juice to dissolve the gelatin. The remained orange and the 2 kiwifruit cut them in round slices. Mix the cream, yogurt and fruit cubes. Add gelatin liquid and incorporate everything carefully, until you get a homogeneous composition. Congratulations! You have made a wonderful sugar free wedding cake!
