Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
2 teaspoons McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Nutmeg, Ground
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Directions: Beat the butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy, add ½ cup of sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and salt, beat well until blended, then stir flour and pecans. Shape into 1 inch balls than bake for 15 minute, then roll the cookies in sugar.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: first preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Stir the flour, cacao, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon, then put the margarine, oil, water, sour milk, eggs, vanilla and mix until smooth, then out it into the prepared pan. Let it into the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. At the end you can decorate the cake with dark chocolate icing, or white chocolate icing, buttercream cheese or you can add any type of filling and icing you want.
