The forth Mexican wedding cake recipe has the fallowing ingredients: ½ cup (50 grams) toasted nuts, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon (2 grams) of pure vanilla extract, ½ cup (55 grams) confectioners, sugar or icing, 2 cups, (280 grams) purpose flour, 1 cup, (227 grams) of unsalted butter, room temperature, topping: 1 cup of powdered icing or sugar. When you have all this you can start working. Bake the nuts on a baking sheet for around 8 minutes or until they get a lightly brown color.
