Recipe for Velvet white wedding cake with jam filling:
Ingredients:
• 1.1 / 2 cups butter, softened
• 1 1 / 2 cups white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 / 2 cup butter-flavored fat
• 1 (80 gr.) package cream cheese and jam for filling as you want (strawberries, cherries, apricots, pears, blackberries, peaches, etc. any fruits fits)
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon of milk

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). The fat and flour put them in two layers in a pot of 8 kg. Sift the flour and salt together and put aside. Mix the butter cream and the sugar until it becomes light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in the buttermilk. Add flour and buttermilk alternately, starting and ending with the flour.
Pour all the mixture into two vessels of 8 kg. Bake the pots at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for about 30 minutes, or until the toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Cool the wedding cake completely before frosting it. To make the cream cheese with jam filling: Beat together the cream cheese and fat. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk and at the end slowly the jam until the filling forms. (Add more milk if necessary.)
