When colored it's so good that you don't need frosting anymore. If it's too soft you should add sugar to it and if it's too softened you should add some syrup.   • Sugar paste - Is like an gum paste with lots of sugar. This is called different in a lot of country but the base it's the same. It's really easy to work with, you can shape it, color it roll it and so on. It's used for decorations, like flowers and snow flakes.
