Fall Wedding Cakes
The best source of inspiration for a fall wedding cake is the many colors of the flowers and leaves. You need the fallowing aliments: 3 eggs, I cup of molasses, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of boiling water, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, ½ teaspoon allspice , sifted confectioners' sugar.
You need a bowl, in which you have to mix together the cream butter with the sugar. Mix it with the electric mixer. The next step is adding the eggs, one at the time. Bet them well together. Now it's time for the molasses. Bring a separate bowl and combine the salt, flour, ginger and the cinnamon. Add the flower and the spice mixture slowly to creamed mixture, low speed and beating while you're doing that. Combine the baking soda with water and add it to the cake batter. Put batter into a pan that has the oil in it before and bake all the mixture at 350C for 45 minutes. Cool the pan and cut the containing into square pieces. If you want you can add some colored sugar or frost. This is a great recipe for a fall wedding cake.

If this is not for you and especially if you like chocolate here is another fall wedding cake recipe. You need: 3 cups of white sugar, 6 eggs, 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon, 3 pinches of ground cloves, 1-1/2 cups of sour milk, 3 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate. When you have all these aliments and spices you need to do the followings: in a large bowl you need to cream together the margarine or butter and the sugar.
The next step involves adding the eggs. Add them step by step and beat all the mixture very well. In another bowl mix together the spices and the flour. Put all the ingredients together afterwords. Dissolve the soda in a cup with the sour milk and add the rest of the batter. Add the batter and grate the chocolate. Pour batter into greased pans and bake everything at 350 grades C for 35 minutes.
These were two examples of fall wedding cake you can bake at your wedding. If you don't want to have a very fancy wedding cake, don't worry that's very simple and if you want to have that fancy fall wedding cake, it's very possible too. The only difference is that it will cost much more. But if you want to go for something not very traditional here are some ideas: bake pumpkin, pecan or an apple pie. Even though there can be guests who can say that this represents poor taste it actually represents the fall season and nothing else. All these ideas can be considered as fall wedding cakes if you want to. It's your wedding so bring the fall and its colors into it.
