Another tradition both famous and beautiful! The custom of kissing dating from the Middle Ages, but at that time it had a very different meaning: it was the “seal” of an agreement. Later, the custom was transmitted with the same meaning to the wedding, when at the end of the ceremony the bride and groom, kissing, were sealing the vows that they have made.
