Celebrity weddings are always exciting for us, for the brides to be, or for the paparazzi. It doesn’t matter what the motifs are, important is for us to see how they were dresses, how many guests have they had, what music enchanted their ears and most of all what have they eaten! Celebrity wedding cakes is our subject and we are going to take you to the most impressive cakes among our famous artists.

No matter how expensive they were, celebrity wedding cakes are amazing pieces of art. For instance, the world’s most famous rich man, Donald Trump never complained about money or other financial problems. On his wedding day, when he married Melania Knauss, no cake in the whole world could have looked more stunning than their cake looked like. It was a five foot size with seven levels and filled with a Grand Marnier butter cream. The flowers they picked were roses, of course, red icy. Almost three thousand of red roses were placed on the top of the cake.

Moving on, Mariska Hargitay married Peter Hermann within a traditional theme. The cake was taller than the cake of Donald Trump, of seven-foot high and it was ordered form L.A. The piece of resistance was the Swarovski crystal top of the cake, an uinique monogram of their name initials. The both famous singers Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey enjoyed a beautiful Victorian red velvet chocolate cake, ordered from San Francisco. Their wedding cake was traditional, as they wished to be. They used sugar-paste flowers to cover the cake on the outside.

Not all celebrities dreamed to marry in a traditional or classic way. Traci Bingham is one of the world’s stars who wished to come out with a different outstanding cake for her wedding. Therefore, her cake was a little, or more, unusual at least from one point of view, namely the dancing and singing. Precisely, the cake had two dancing figures of the couple on its top, and the theme from “Here comes the bride” it was coming from the cake. The cake was design in an Iowa bakery and it had five foot height and an oval shape.

Away from the musical cake to an expensive glamorous cake, we encounter singer Kelis and Nas who married in a most shiny and eccentric way possible. Their wedding cake measured five-tiers and it had 23 Karats of gold all over its surface. The roses they used were also from pure gold. The designers were from California. Another unordinary cake was the Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye Smith wedding cake. The apogee of the most important day of their lives was the six-tier carrot cake, topped with a couple hundred of edible flowers.

The biggest cake from our analysis, and almost the largest cake that was ever made in the world, belonged to Prince Haakon and Mette-Marit. Weighted at 140 kg., the incredible huge cake had seven tiers and it was “built” in a Viking theme, with a lot of specific emblems. The flavors combined raisin and rum.
