In terms of food, grilled products are best suited. Decorate tall trees with lights. Post signs with directions by hand and hang them from trees with ribbons. You create such an atmosphere of fairy tales. If you are a couple who likes to travel a lot you can use a wedding cake topper to illustrate this, such as a camper van wedding cake topper.
A wooden bridge decorated with fresh flowers and ivy could be the perfect focal point for the ceremony. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, use a floral theme to decorate the wedding cake. Using a favorite theme, give each table a different name, such as butterflies, pigeon, ladybug etc. When you dress the seats and law the ribbons, put a flower in the middle of the bow, such as the rose. Hire a band, not a DJ. Hire a local dance group to create an atmosphere of celebration. Serve in coffee cups, vintage, purchased at fairs. Do not hesitate to use them even if they have small imperfections or colors that do not match the chosen theme. Send simple invitations, of paper, tied with a colorful ribbon and decorated with flower petals.
Use a rectangular table for the main meal. Decorate it with tulle and white lights and flowers used in the corners. Choose a time of year when the garden is shown in all its splendor, when all the flowers are blooming, usually in summer. When you make the list with the guests, it is important to take into account the size of gardens. You must leave enough space between tables and chairs and have a proper dance floor. When you send invitations, let the guests know it’s a wedding in the garden, for them to get dressed properly.
A month before the wedding:
• Go to the last test for the wedding dress.
• Make sure you get all the accessories: cups of champagne for bride and groom, the wedding cake knife, wedding cake topper which could be a funny camper van wedding cake topper etc..
• Make a detailed schedule of the events from wedding day and make sure everyone from the wedding will know it (bridesmaids and groomsmen, parents, godparents, relatives).
• Sharp-list with the musicians the playlist for your party. Put out any type of music you do not want to hear. Music should start 30 minutes before the party starts.
• Confirm honeymoon reservations.
• Confirm the guests that will come to the wedding. If you have not received a clear answer from some, call them and find.
Two weeks before the wedding:
• Confirm the final details with all that you’ve hired for the event.
• Make a clear graphic with the way the guests will sit at the table.
• Write guests’ names on cards to be placed on the table according to the schedule above.
• Get your wedding dress and make sure you look gorgeous.
