If you want a chocolate wedding cake, to comply with the tradition you can choose a white chocolate fondant or vanilla aspen fondant over a soft cocoa dough. Whatever a weddind cake tastes, it may look into a lot of ways, being a feast for both eyes and taste buds,so you can use: a classic wedding cake with chocolate aspen fondant, a wedding cake with white frosting with chocolate sprites, layers of different colors to highlight the different types of chocolate.

Just like you do with a wonderful picture, once the masterpiece was made, you must make sure that it will be neat and will be carried around to the destination. Make sure that the confectioner has a contact person in the room where you will be spend the wedding, so that person to provide further information regarding to the preservation of the wedding cake - maybe it will have to be placed in the refrigerator or in a cool place or just simply will be stored in a safer place, not to stay in the way of anyone that comes after.
